Refund Policy

Return Policy & Warranty


At Victory Electronic Cigarettes, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, products come with a factory warranty*.


Returns Non-Membership Orders:

Any products may be Returned to Victory Electronic for a full refund within 30 calendar days of the ship date. Victory Electronic Cigarettes must physically receive the return within 30 calendar days of the date shipped from the Victory warehouse. The product must be returned unopened and in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice or packing slip attached. Important: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total refund amount. Victory Electronic Cigarettes is not responsible for Shipping & Handling charges to return the item. Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable for the original order.


Exchanges Non-Membership Orders:

Victory Electronic Cigarettes will gladly exchange any unopened products within 30 calendar days of the ship date. The product must be returned unopened and in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice or packing slip attached. Customer is responsible for Shipping costs to send product for exchange back to Victory Electronic Cigarettes. Once received Victory Electronic Cigarettes will process the exchange. Customer will be responsible for the Shipping & Handling costs to ship exchanged order back to customer.


Returns & Exchanges Membership Orders

Within your membership cycle monthly packages may not be returned for a refund, however may be exchanged for other refill flavors. Flavors may only be exchanged within 30-days of the ship date. Shipping & Handling charges for exchanges will be responsible to the customer.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Defective Products:

Defective products may be exchanged within 30 calendar days of the ship date from the Victory warehouse. Victory Electronic Cigarettes has the right to refuse to exchange any product(s) we deem non-defective. Defective product(s) may be replaced/exchanged/repaired within 30 days of the ship date. If you have a defective item that you wish to return for a replacement, simply return the item to our warehouse, with the original order invoice or packing slip included. If the product is not available for replacement Victory Electronic Cigarettes may either substitute it with a model of equal value or refund the purchase price (The original Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable and it will be based on the receipt from the shipping agent). All defective products must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the packing slip, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. (IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount). One order is limited to one replacement package shipped free from Victory Electronic Cigarettes within the 30 calendar days.

Defective Product(s) Replacement Procedure:

Cartridges: Victory Electronic Cigarettes will replace any defective cartridges returned to Victory Electronic Cigarettes within 30 calendar days of the ship date. The customer is responsible for the returned shipping costs. If a customer is returning individual cartridges from a box of five, the entire box of five cartridges must be returned. Victory will replace the box of five one box of five of the same flavor. (No Mix Flavors). The replacements will be shipped out via USPS First Class.

Batteries: In order for Victory Electronic Cigarettes to replace defective battery a customer must pay return shipping cost to Victory Electronic Cigarettes. A new battery will be shipped to the customer to replace the defective product. This will be shipped out via USPS First Class.

Chargers: In order for Victory Electronic Cigarettes to replace charger(s) a customer must pay return shipping cost to Victory Electronic Cigarettes. Victory will replace the defective charger(s) within 30 calendar days of the purchase. The replacement package will be shipped out via USPS First Class. Victory will not replace charger(s) from the same order at multiple times within the 30 days. The replacements will be shipped out via USPS First Class.

Incorrect Order Replacement Policy:

If an order is received incorrectly to the customer from Victory Electronic Cigarettes a customer may call or email customer service to resolve the issue. Victory Electronic Cigarettes will be provide the customer with an electronic return shipping label from Stamps.com to return ship the original order back to Victory Electronic Cigarettes. This will only be provided through e-mail format. Victory Electronic Cigarettes will create a new order, identical to the order originally place, and charge the Customers' credit card. Once the incorrect package has been received back to Victory Electronic Cigarettes, in its original packaging, including the original order invoice, Victory Electronic Cigarettes will immediately apply a credit to the original order. (IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount).

Packing and Sending Your Return
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

  • Describe the problem and obtain a shipping label.
  • Pack the items along with the original packing slip securely in a box or envelope
  • Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
