SPRING LAKE, MICHIGAN, November 18, 2013 – Victory Electronic Cigarettes Corporation (OTCQB:ECIG) (“Victory” or “the Company”), an emerging leader in the electronic cigarette industry, today announced that it will participate in the Wells Fargo Securities Inaugural E-Cig Forum in New York City on Thursday, November 21, 2013.
